Through December 31, 2026, a limited number of memberships are available for new and returning Members.

New or returning Members pay the $40 monthly capital development fee beginning when membership starts and commit to remaining a Member in good standing through February 28, 2028. Former Members who opted out of the 2026 assessment must pay the $1,500 assessment to be eligible for this promotion. Current Members are not eligible for promotional pricing. Offer available through December 31, 2026 or until The Riviera Club reaches 1,250 total membership units, whichever comes first. All memberships are subject to The Riviera Club’s membership requirements and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership approval.

There’s more to The Rivi than a pool.

Since 1933, The Riviera Club has been a place where families and neighbors build friendships, share experiences and create traditions that carry across generations. What makes The Rivi special is the sense of belonging that grows from being part of it.

As a member-owned Club, The Rivi is shaped by the people who care about its future. Members volunteer their time, contribute ideas and help preserve what they love while making room for what comes next.

That shared commitment connects the Club’s history to its future: a welcoming community where people of different backgrounds, ages and stages of life can stay active, get involved and feel at home.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have one membership type for all members. The monthly dues amount depends on the membership category, as defined by your household makeup and age group: such as, 1- or 2-Adult Household (includes children); Adult Couple age 30 to 64 (no children); Single Adult 65+; etc.

  • The amount depends on your household definition. Seniors or single adults 29 or younger or 65 and older start at $58 per month. A 2-adult household with children starts at $148.

  • Membership includes access to the entire Rivi facility and grounds. This includes Fitness center, group classes, pools, tennis courts and other amenities year round. There are some services and programs that have additional cost. This includes, but is not limited to, personal training, food and beverage, camps, and, some specialized programs, lessons, leagues, and events.

  • There is a $500 initiation fee. For a limited time, this fee is waived if the new member is sponsored by a current member. This promotion is subject to change.

  • There’s no “typical” Rivi Member. However 96% of them use the outdoor pools in the summer!

    The diversity is what makes the Rivi work. Membership is made up of all kinds of people — retirees, competitive swimmers, business leaders, casual pickleballers, fitness regulars, remote workers, grandparents, and parents simply looking for someplace for their kids to land safely during the summer.

    What connects our Members isn’t a demographic, background, or lifestyle. It’s a shared belief that community matters and a willingness to invest in making the Club the best it can be — for today’s families and future generations alike.

  • Members commit to a 1-year contract and are bound to the financial terms of that contract.

  • It means the club exists for the benefit of its members and the members are the primary source of revenue. Dues and other revenue are reinvested back into the Rivi to support every expense needed to help sustain the club. In times when unexpected large expenses are greater than available funds, members may be assessed to raise that capital. Members have a voice and elect the Board of Directors who shape the club’s future.
