Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have one membership type for all members. The monthly dues amount depends on the membership category, as defined by your household makeup and age group: such as, 1- or 2-Adult Household (includes children); Adult Couple age 30 to 64 (no children); Single Adult 65+; etc.

  • The amount depends on your household definition. Seniors or single adults 29 or younger or 65 and older start at $58 per month. A 2-adult household with chidren starts at $148.

  • Membership includes access to the entire Rivi facility and grounds. This includes Fitness center, group classes, pools, tennis courts and other amenities year round. There are some services and programs that have additional cost. This includes, but is not limited to, personal training, food and beverage, camps, and, some specialized programs, lessons, leagues, and events.

  • There is a $500 initiation fee, unless the new member is sponsored by a current member. When a current member’s name is included on the Membership Application, the entire fee is waived.

  • There’s no “typical” Rivi Member. However 96% of them use the outdoor pools in the summer!

    The diversity is what makes the Rivi work. Membership is made up of all kinds of people — retirees, competitive swimmers, business leaders, casual pickleballers, fitness regulars, remote workers, grandparents, and parents simply looking for someplace for their kids to land safely during the summer.

    What connects our Members isn’t a demographic, background, or lifestyle. It’s a shared belief that community matters and a willingness to invest in making the Club the best it can be — for today’s families and future generations alike.

  • Members commit to a 1-year contract and are bound to the financial terms of that contract even if they cancel their contract early.

  • It means the club exists for the benefit of its members and the members are the primary source of revenue. Dues and other revenue are reinvested back into the Rivi to support every expense needed to help sustain the club. In times when unexpected large expenses are greater than avaialble funds, members may be assessed to raise that capital. Members have a voice and elect the Board of Directors who shape the club’s future.
